# Arcforma

> Arcforma is an applied AI firm in Austin, Texas that coaches executives and trains teams on Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code, then builds the AI workflows that make new habits stick. Founded by Maya Glenn. Work happens inside the client's real documents, reports, and decisions, not in lecture-style courses.

Arcforma offers three things:

1. 1-on-1 Claude coaching: weekly 60-minute working sessions with a senior coach, built around the client's actual role and tools. Curriculum covers the Claude ecosystem, Claude Cowork, Claude Code (no coding experience required), and Claude for Excel.
2. Team training: cohort-based Claude training for leadership teams and departments (typically 3 to 10 people), focused on shared adoption and real workflows rather than curriculum. Includes executive working sessions, workflow mapping, and adoption support.
3. Workflow builds: fixed-scope engagements where Arcforma embeds with a team, maps manual bottlenecks, and builds automations inside the systems the team already runs, ending with documentation and handoff.
