How is Arcforma different from generic AI training?

Arcforma does not stop at training. We help leaders and teams learn the tools inside their real work, then identify where a workflow should be redesigned or implemented more deeply, and build it with them.

Does this replace people?

No, it re-weights them. AI absorbs the repeatable work: the reformatting, the first drafts, the status reporting. What's left is judgment, taste, and relationships, and those get more valuable as everything else gets automated. That's the muscle we build.

What's the difference between team training and executive coaching?

Team training is designed for groups of 3 to 10 moving together, ideal when you want your leadership team building AI habits at the same pace. Executive coaching is 1-on-1, built entirely around your role, tools, and weekly work. Most executives start 1-on-1. Teams often follow.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT on my own?

Access isn't the gap. Practice is. Most executives open an AI tool, ask a generic question, get a mediocre answer, and move on. Arcforma coaches you on your actual workflows: the reports you write, the decisions you make, the meetings you prep for. The result is fluency, not occasional use.

How long before we see results?

What does a build engagement actually produce?

A build is a fixed-scope project, typically 6 to 10 weeks, that ends with a working AI workflow integrated into your existing tools. Every build ends with a handoff and training so your team can run it independently.

Do you replace our existing systems?

Usually no. Arcforma typically works by integrating and simplifying the systems a team already uses, rather than asking them to adopt a whole new stack.

What kinds of teams benefit most?

Do you offer 1-on-1 Claude coaching?

Yes. Arcforma's core individual offering is weekly 1-on-1 Claude coaching: working sessions with a senior coach covering Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Claude for Excel, built around your actual role and the work on your desk. Sessions are $300, or $260 per session in packages.

Do you train teams on Claude Cowork and Claude Code?

Yes. Arcforma runs cohort-based Claude training for leadership teams and departments, covering Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code inside the team's real workflows, then builds the automations that make adoption stick.
