Arcforma is an applied AI firm.
Founded in 2025 by Maya Glenn and Oliver Korzen in Austin, Texas. We coach executives and train teams on Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code, then build the workflows that make adoption permanent. Not a course, not a consultancy deck: working sessions inside your real work.
Three ways in.
1-on-1 Claude coaching
Weekly working sessions with a senior coach, built around your role: Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, and Claude for Excel.
Arcforma for individuals →Claude training for teams
Cohorts of 3 to 10 building shared habits inside the team’s real reporting, intake, and coordination work.
Arcforma for organizations →Workflow builds
Fixed-scope engagements that end with working automations, documentation, and handoff, so your team runs it without us.
How engagements work →Founded by practitioners.

Maya Glenn
Founder & Head Coach
Maya leads the coaching practice: she has personally coached 50+ executives and teams on Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code, always inside their real work. She brings a technical background in Statistics and Data Science from UT Austin and hands-on AI product experience at Arcade, which is why her sessions end with working systems, not notes.

Oliver Korzen
Co-founder
Oliver builds the systems behind the practice: the client platform, the operations, and the AI automations that run Arcforma itself. The firm is its own first case study, and most of what we teach clients about agentic workflows was proven here first. He came to Arcforma from the startup world, including LAUNCH and This Week in Startups.
The plain facts.
Arcforma AI Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas, operating at arcforma.ai. All coaching and training is delivered remotely across the US. Clients include Proper Hospitality, whose team Arcforma trained on Claude Cowork and Claude Code before embedding with their marketing team to build automations. Arcforma is not affiliated with any mobile application of a similar name. Arcforma on LinkedIn →
